Reporting unlawful content

In accordance with Article 6-I-7 of the Law dated 21 June 2004, known as the LCEN, you are allowed to report any content that could be considered an offence under the fifth and eighth paragraphs of Article 24 of the Law dated 29 July 1881 on the freedom of the press and Article 227-23 of the French Criminal Code: defence of crimes against humanity, incitement to racial hatred, and child pornography.

The PUBLISHER would like to remind you that the LCEN punishes any abuse of reporting with a penalty of one year imprisonment and a €15,000 fine.

Applicable Law

Both this site and its terms and conditions of use are governed by French law, regardless of the place of use. In the event of a dispute and after all attempts to reach an amicable resolution have failed, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
